Our Project Process
Over time we have developed a project process which brings a consistent structure
to each of our projects. This consistency ensures that no details are missed
throughout the progress of the job, and provides a framework for communication
between everyone involved.

We use the following process on each and every project:
Set up initial appointment and discuss project
Complete and deliver estimate and referral list of prior customers
Write up contract which includes:
Specifications and costs for job
List of what will be supplied by whom
Payment schedule
Start and completion dates
Upon signing of the contract, insurance certificates are given to homeowner
and permits are applied for

A schedule of the job progress is then made (for example: Excavation and
Foundation: Week One, Frame: Week Two, etc.)

During the progress of the job, a weekly meeting between the contractor

Upon completion of the job, a Certificate of Completion is signed by the
